Can you hold a place before I apply?
Not before you apply. We can hold for 2 or 3 weeks with a deposit depending on the time of year.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We use a point system to determine the security deposit amount but you do not pay last month’s rent upfront.

Is the deposit refundable?
Once we receive a security deposit to hold the property, the property is removed from the market and the deposit is non-refundable until the end of the lease term.

Who needs a cosigner?
Someone who does not qualify on their own.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid via your online portal or mailed to our office. Cash payments are subject to an additional fee.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Many of our units are pet-friendly but some are not. For the pet-friendly units, the deposit is $300 and $30 per pet per month. *subject to change. **cats and small non-aggressive dogs.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
You’ll both need to sign a form changing the responsibility for payment assuming your roommate is qualified on their own.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please give us a 30-day notice prior to moving out.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Tenant caused damage is the responsibility of the tenant. General maintenance is the responsibility of the owner. Always contact us for maintenance requests
